It's been a month. Out of town 3 of the four weekends, I was finally able to make bread for the first time in months this past Saturday. Mmmmm, fresh baked bread. Anyway, on Thanksgiving weekend, we were in Montréal and were able to visit with a church plant there. Such precious people. Unfortunately, the leader of the church wasn't there, he's normally out of town on weekends with his work, but we got to meet him a couple of weeks later and he was not at all what we expected. He was a bundle of energy, however. And one neat thing, when we were there, my wife was the first person in that plant who had been able to play an instrument for worship. Until then they had been using CDs for worship. Well, the very next week a newly converted couple that had started looking for a church come, and they're both musicians! It's like God opened the door for musicians while we were there. He is amazing, and his ways really are too deep for finding out.
I've been playing around with my template engine some, trying to refactor it into something that would be easier to deal with. Eventually, I might like to port it to Java since that's the language my work now uses, but it's got a ways to go on that. In the meantime, I'm fixing bugs and trying to get a forum set up so that people can ask questions... post help and what not.
